Tried the T-bone from Southwest Halal and it did not disappoint. The meat was fresh, clean, and clearly high quality. Once cooked, the strip side had a deep, beefy flavor while the tenderloin stayed soft and juicy. It took a nice sear and held moisture really well. Hard to find halal cuts like this done right—definitely worth it if you’re craving a proper steak.

Great quality beef liver! It arrived vacuum sealed and very fresh. The listing said 1 lb, but they generously sent more, which was a nice surprise. The texture and color were excellent, and it cooked up tender with a clean, rich flavor. You can tell it was handled and packaged with care. I’ll definitely order again.
